Making Appointments:
All clients must be ge of 18 years old with a photo I.D. for us to copy.
if you are over 18 years old and want to have a tattoo, please continue to read this form and sign at the end if you agree. After meeting
and arranging a design, we can take your appointment with a ¥10,000 deposit.This deposit will be deducted from the price of that day’s tattooing session. In case of cancellation b the customer, the ¥10,000
will not be refunded. We also make appointments, give advis and answe
to any questions you might have, over the phone.
So don’t hesitate to ask.

We Declines:
Any person under the age of 18 years old.
Any person with a skin disease, contagious disease, cardiac, and diabetes. Any person under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
Any person who is involved in gangs or crime.

Sanitation:
All material, needles, ink, ink cups and gloves are disposed off after each use. The grip and tube are sterilized and disinfected by an
autoclave ultra sonic cleaner. or when using plastic disposed grip always be new.
